Dump and flush
A couple of comments from work:
Me: Hey could you reproduce the bug ?
Him: Wait, I am taking the dump.

Abey, did you flush already ? I asked you specifically NOT to flush ...
Ofcourse, in both of the cases, they were referring to the database ;)
